The Electric Start 6500 has premium features for demanding commercial usage (non-GFCI applications) and reliable home backup use.

Features may include:

  • Portable power with premium features and traditional Honda durability and performance
  • Powerful, easy-start Honda iGX390 commercial-grade engine
  • Cold Climate TechnologyTM aids continuous running in cold weather conditions
  • Voltage Selector Switch allows both 120 V and 240 V output, or total generator output to be available through any of the 120 volt outlets, limited only by the capacity of the individual outlet for powering devices with larger wattage requirements.
  • 6,500 watts maximum AC output
  • Auto-throttle further extends running time by automatically adjusting engine speed to idle when under no load
  • Standard wheel kit with positive lock folding handles for easy transportation and convenient, compact storage
  • Honda exclusive iAVR (Intelligent Auto Voltage Regulation) system for stable power delivery and available extra wattage (7,000 watts for 10 seconds to start larger equipment)
