Incident with Greg

I needed a shift cable for my Yamaha jet boat. I called a dealer near me and they first told me that I had the wrong part number then the cable I needed was on back order until October. I called Dewildt and talked to Greg. He did a search found the cable that I needed with the part number I had and it came back with a back order of October. He said give me a minute, came back with cross reference, again said give me a minute I have to make a call, he came back after the call and said I have cable it will be here in the morning. The first dealer was content to have me just wait till winter for my part to come in. Greg instead did what he could to get me back on the water as fast as he could. Story doesn't end there, the cable broke off in the attachment eyelet and I couldn't get it out so I thought I will just get a new one. Greg looked it up and said it was on back order and too expensive. He then took the part out back, and it came back a few minutes later with the stud removed good to go. Greg then sent me out the without any charge.

Just purchased a new super tenere 1200 and i am super happy with the purchase. Ross sold me this bike and my CB650R a year before. Ross is great to work with as always and highly recommend checking Dewildt Peterborough out for your next atv or motorcycle purchase. I've also purchased a Honda water pump, gas lawnmower and weed wacker from this location.....it's a one stop shop.

I usually do not give reviews. In most cases, I have not found the need to take the time since average is the best I can expect for Yamaha Dealers ( love the Yamaha product but can't say the same for the dealers I have experienced). However, THIS dealership is the exception. I have a 2019 Yamaha F40LA on a 2019 18 ft. all weld duck hunting boat with an anchor winch and 55 lbs. trolling motor. I experienced a breaker trip on Saturday duck hunting and was stranded in shallow weedy water. The winch and trolling motor had zero power. My friend an I paddled over 1 Km to get into deep water so I could run the outboard motor (talking about at least 3 feet depth). I called 3 Yamaha dealers including the dealer I bought my boat at. None of them showed interest servicing my needs. They all cited how busy they are and one even said "don't worry about it and manually reset the breaker". Then I contacted John at Dewildt Marine. I was amazed at how responsive he was. In addition, the dealership is 5 stars professional. The service tech, Marcus, did a fantastic job servicing and his manager, John, was front and center explaining and assisting. I must add that I checked the batteries and connections. I reset the tripped breaker manually and got everything working before I arrived. I could have just cancelled the service and went about with the impression everything was fine. This I did not do because I was amazed at how John was willing to accommodate me. He squeezed me on Tuesday between a boat delivery and other service appointments. He cared that my duck hunting season was short and I was worried about a possible electrical issue. He assigned Marcus to the job and this tech is the best I have seen. I manage a business unit of a major engineered products company that specializes in engineered composite manufacturing. I deal with skilled trades and managers in my department and have to say I was impressed with this dealer and its staff. This dealer is very fortunate to have staff of this caliber working for them. Effective immediately, I will service my boat, motor and accessories at this dealer. When I want to purchase an new boat; I am buying at Dewildt marine. Even if the cost is higher, I will source this dealer because they will install and service to perfection. Just to let you know, this dealer is 45 km further from my current dealer. I will drive the extra hour to get my service done here. That is how well this dealer shines above the rest. I

Today I purchased a new TT-R230 for my son. It was the most amazing experience because I had the pleasure of dealing with Kirk Harding. He is a Sales God!!! He was so accommodating with his product knowledge and customer service that he even delivered the bike to my home an hour away in his own truck!! All of the other sales representatives should learn from the Sales God!!!

I cant say enough about him and the experience he gave my son Braylon and I.

I originally went to your dealership to only inquire about colour availability and pricing on the 2018 and 2019 Yamaha Kodiak 450s but after talking with Sean Duggan for a few minutes I decided to buy a 2018 Yamaha Kodiak 450 because of the unbeatable price and service offer from Sean. I highly recommend that you go and talk to Sean if you have any questions or are the least bit interested in purchasing a new ATV. I will definitely be coming back!

It was May 17th, the 1st day of a 2 week motorcycle roundtrip from my hometown of Peterborough to Utah. After gassing up in Orillia, my bike would not restart. Dead as a doornail! A sympathetic stranger, also a biker, recommended I have it towed to Dwildt Powersports. So I called them and though very busy, they said they would have a look at it right away. Mike was the mechanic and he gave it his full attention. Three hours later I was back on the road, and remained problem free for my 9000 Kms journey. What could have been a disaster became a minor inconvenience. I just want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Dewildt for their prompt, courteous, and competent attention. It saved my trip will be a story I share for a long time!

I went in to purchase a used V-Star 1300 Deluxe but after a quick chat with Chris, I was hooked on a new V-Star 950 Tourer which I absolutely LOVE! Since I'm a business student I'm gonna write a proper review about the team at Dewildt Marine Power Sport. Looking at the number of stars I gave them you can see that I feel they deserved such a high rating. I bought my first bike from them at the International Motorcycle Convention in Toronto and was treated with a great service. Down to Earth people and didn't treat me like a kid. I get that a lot since I look young, but really I'm 28 and a father looking to buy something I've always wanted. The service from both Chris Guermoudi and Madison DeWildt that got me my first motorcycle. The service was so great they even dropped it off personally to my home.
