The Honda BF225 Drive by Wire Outboard Motor revamped outboard sports Honda's new Progressive V Form design. It is powered by a new engine, the proven 3.6-liter V6 engine that powers the flagship BF250 model. We’ve redesigned our flagship BF250 model inside and out, adding features, updates and improvements that make this acclaimed V6 outboard better than ever. From easier maintenance to tougher corrosion resistance, the improved BF225 outboard takes legendary Honda performance into new waters. Of course, we’ve kept the famous technological advances Honda outboard owners love, many of which are shared with Honda’s renowned automobile engines. The BF225 includes VTEC®for explosive mid-range torque.
